certify the results of their elections until after 3pm on the Friday following the election. Why? That is the deadline to receive overseas military ballots that are post marked November 8. So, when the clown said he wold not concede on election day, he was right to say he would look at it. During that 3 day period, the LEA also checks to make sure the number of ballots cast equals the number of signatures in the roster book.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
