What a guy. He will allow them to keep what they were given. It is the marxist attitude. You work hard, make a decent living and we will decide how much you get to keep.
And now, after you get it, we may come and take it back TEN YEARS LATER. When your jailer gives you an extra piece of crusty bread, or does not take back what you were given y'day....be very appreciative. The state decides what you get to keep.

Just think about the priorities of Ash-hole Carter and his marxist boss. What can we do to make the military better, stronger, more responsive and improve morale... I know, take back money we gave soldiers for volunteering to go to afganistan.

Our soldiers get it. Money for transsexual bathrooms is in exhaustible. But they will take back money that they gave (when a different president was CIC) in order to what, save money? Improve morale? Make the military better?
Would they have taken the money from the widows of soldiers who were killed doing this?
ANYONE working for the obama administration in any capacity is a piece of human sewage. Like james comey, ash-hole carter had a great reputation as a blahblahblah. A good guy. A patriot.
