He's starting out about as bad as it gets.
Football team is a joke - lost last 9 SEC games in a row and looking at second consecutive losing season - and 3rd in 5 years in the SEC.
Basketball team makes the football team look like Alabama - last place two years running in the SEC and basically unwatchable in the process.
Anything the guy does has to be an improvement and he'll be looked upon as a genius.
