In Mexico, I could see the opportunity to buy common pharma products in the supermarket, at costs well below what I spend here.

There is good and bad everywhere. Sure there is a lot of abject poverty, crime, etc. out there in foreign land. That doesn't change the fact that for millions of Americans, their quality of life in this country is rapidly deteriorating.
