hire. I think it was a emotional decision and done because some higher-ups wanted to bring back the Norm years and they thought Kim could do that. The nostalgia for Norm out-weighted any of the very real concerns about hiring Kim. It's too bad that we made such an emotional hire instead of the smart basketball hire that Mike Alden apparently wanted to make.
