taking office. Obama refuses to leave office until new elections, declares martial law, etc., etc., etc.
How would the SCt. view this situation? You would think they would hold that the vice-president elect should take office of President, but hold on. Not so fast. He is not in the office of V.P succeeding a sitting president and he is not in line of succession prior to being sworn into office. Mr Plagiarizer holds that position. Obama is termed out.
