Everything that came as a result of that invasion is on his asss yes.

Obama doesn't remove troops at the time lined up by W - which is what he did and some say irresponsible - IF THE TROOPS aren't there in the first place. ISIS does not rise in the power vacuum if there is no vacuum.

I blame Obama for approving extension of Bush Tax Cuts and playing too soft for too long with the opposition, blame him for handing over authority of ACA to the Insurance industry.
