What do you think American society and Capitalist Culture IS ?

Quid Pro Quo
You scratch my back and I scratch yours. So, if one supports this general capitalist system at its root - then you also accept quid pro quo. So to now express OMG Outrage that that is how our entire govt works is disingenuous and the height of hypocrisy. There is no common good that comes before the private good of access and favors. Our ENTIRE political system operates like this. The Kochs and Dupont and Monsanto and BushCo, Cheney, Wall St - you name it. They pay to run our political "campaigns" and own the polls thereafter.
OH - SUCH HORRORS - HILLARY. Give me a break. I prefer the Philosopher King, but they are hard to come by.,
