I don't trust voting machines that can obviously be manipulated. Though I put no stock in some anecdotes. In addition you have the danger of the thoughts like that expressed by Jim Laurie that who can trust a system with this type of stuff "going on all the time". It isn't going on "all the time" but here limited to a small section in TX.

I suggest INSTRUCTIONS to all voters to check and double check the electronic ballots. That might help.
