black child had his head put in a noose.
And the kids that did this previously had brought a confederate flag to the school.
No word on if the black child was physically attacked or beaten.
A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION. This must be stopped. No child should feel unsafe in school. No child should be assaulted in school.
Unless it is a white kid beaten senseless by a group of black students. That is called, tuesday in america.
All the facts aren't known, the kids who did this should be punished. Perhaps suspended for a day or so. The naacp will want the kids in prison for the rest of their lives, to make a point that this is intolerable.
What is the normal punishment for bullying or harassment (i am assuming no bodily harm here)?
A federal investigation.
Bring in james comey. He won't see the intent of ANYTHING.
