until he decides to instill discipline within his program. This team is as undisciplined as as the worst teams in college football (like kansas).

I get that barry wants to be a positive influence on his players and milk the positive reinforcement play for all its worth but he better nut up and address the lack of discipline soon or he may not make it to year 2.
