job right now - it's fantasy. It's a brick by brick re-build. You need somebody who has proven themselves at one of the mid-level power fives and or whatever reason wants to coach in the SEC or someone from like conference USA who has proven themselves and wants to step up but is ready for a rebuild. The coach has to be organized and have a plan that is going to work. And they have to be young enough to have the energy for this job because it is a monstrosity of a challenge. The only other possibility is a somewhat veteran coordinator like Brent Venables who wants a head-coaching job
