Why?
In this particular case the story is a very important one and it looks to me like the Daily Caller did it's due diligence... did it's duty as a fact finder and investigator for the people.
Do you have a link to any Mainstream Media source that you hold up as a paragon of virtue that carried out that duty to investigate and to keep the citizens informed at the politicians honest with respect to this story?
Or did they all fall in line like some parody of Pravda dutifully repeating Donna Brazile's lie, leaving people to wonder whether Russia &/or some other nefarious actor are persecuting her and Hillary by falsifying her emails?
To me this is yet more evidence that the mainstream media is largely the corrupt lapdog of the liberal left in general and Crooked Hillary in particular and that they have no morals... and that the little independent media that have sprung up into the gap with a tiny fraction of the funding and resources and putting the big boys with the enormous budgets provided by the financial puppeteers who bought up 90% of the media to shame.
