Last two years have been depressing but I wouldn't write off a team before seeing them play. In KA's first two years he inherited some players who demonstrated a highly negative attitude. In particular the in game body language of JWIII and Wes Clark was horrible. Perhaps this is another no better than 10 win team (and if so begin a new search in February) but let them prove (or disprove) it on the court.
