Don't be surprised if a toddler isn't killed in a major US city in a random driveby.


And keep in mind no amount of background checks, gun locks, or other measures would have prevented that senseless act.

What would have most likely prevented it would have been strict sentencing for a criminal who had committed another previous violent crime, or was out on bond for a weapons related charge.
