has a LOT of tossup states.

Not sure what their cutoff is... perhaps it's a tossup if it's within their margin of error, or perhaps within 5%.

They list Minnesota as a tossup, though, whereas Electoral Vote.com lists Hillary as having a 13% lead in Minnesota :
