violation of agency rules and policy, not to mention just .... weird, and you get a paid vacation for a year.

This is just surrender by the managers of government agencies. They know that they can't fire you. They know you stink and are a detriment to everything and everyone you work with.

So we, the taxpayers will pay you to stay home.
