The university itself is NEVER guilty...it is an inanimate object....it can't commit violations. It is always the PEOPLE that do that. How is Petino being responsible any different than All the other coaches and their staff being responsible? The hypocrisy and irony is amazing. I hope every University uses this case as its example of how the 'University' can not be held accountable and therefore can not be penalized......just the person.
