States Trump probably needs to flip by election day per poll results currently listed at electoralvote.com

Listed in order of states most possible for Trump to flip. He would need to turn the "white states", so to speak, to golden to get to the necessary 270 delegates to win. He would either need to move the numbers in these states up to about 5% or hope the polls are inaccurately skewed Hillary's way by 5% or some combination of the two moving them roughly 5% to win. A lot of assumptions, but he probably needs to flip about 7 states to win it.
