1. 17 intelligence agencies did NOT claim that Russia hacked the Democrat emails.
2. Only 2 agencies, DNI and Homeland Security did but only ambiguously.
And I posted before, it makes no sense for Putin to prefer Trump because he already gets what he wants from Soetoro and the Hildebeest. Why would he turn to an uncertainty like Trump instead? And, as Judge Judy always says: If it doesn't make any sense, it isn't true.
