But leadership and accountability don’t make up for talent — they simply maximize it. I really don’t believe the Tigers will have to deal with suspensions, arrests or ineligibility this season like they have the past two years, but they’ll be less talented than almost every Power 5 team they’ll face this year. That will hold them back.
