ie, minimum age laws. But if you **** away your life on drugs, that's on you.

I would only consider it fair to also educate the public, especially children on the dangers of drugs. Not the **** DARE system we have now, real education. Take them to crack dens. Show them what happens. If this is how they want to live, so be it!
