liberals think they are compassionate not because of anything they do personally but because they support government programs largely paid for by others. Liberals think because they support taxes on the rich that somehow makes them caring. The vast majority of liberals have never lifted a finger to help a poor person or anyone else. But they are the first to lecture others about compassion because they favor more food stamp funding.
