I actually have factual evidence.
Exhibit A.
Politico: Ugliest debate ever
"For 90 minutes, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton called each other liars, untrustworthy and unfit for office as they sparred not so much about their policy differences as their basic character."
Washington Post: We haven't seen anything quite like this
"What occurred here on Sunday is likely to be remembered as the Spectacle in St Louis: a presidential debate wrapped inside a sordid and unfolding series of events that have left Trump isolated, defiant and politically wounded."
New York Times: Trump didn't ease women's doubts
"He may have uttered words about unfair trade deals or threats to national security, but what these voters heard instead was his voice on that searing recording."
Fox News: Trump hammers Clinton on emails
"An aggressive Donald Trump, seeking to stabilise his campaign after the release of a decade-old tape … assailed Hillary Clinton's honesty and character in an unprecedented way at Sunday's debate."
Vox: Donald Trump's threat to imprison Hillary Clinton is a threat to democracy
"This is everything we feared about Donald Trump. His long history of trying to silence critics with lawsuits, his inability to let personal slights go, his pettiness."
LA Times: We scored the town hall debate and Hillary Clinton won
"Bottom line: This wasn't a game-changer — which means it was a victory for Clinton. She's ahead; she doesn't need the game to change."
Hillary Clinton stands alone and listens to Trump during second presidential debate.

CNN: Clinton wins debate, but Trump exceeds expectations
"The results showed a clear victory for Clinton, with 57 per cent saying Clinton won, as opposed to 34 per cent for Trump."
Buzzfeed: Republicans say Donald Trump did well enough to keep himself afloat
"While Trump's discursive, belligerent debate performance was a far from the miraculous comeback his allies were praying for, Republicans said Sunday night it was non-catastrophic enough to stabilise the party and save him from outright exile — at least for now."
The Atlantic: Donald Trump's Disastrous Debate
"What does this fiery crash of a debate mean for the final month of the campaign? Trump is in deep trouble."
Well well well. Fox News actually said Trump won, gee big surprise there. However pretty much every other media outlet that isn't Breitbart, Drudge, and clones said the exact opposite. Not only that but EVERY single scientific poll about the debate confirmed what I said. And every poll taken since then has proved out and Hillary has increased her lead both Nationally and in the Electorial College by leaps. Hell Nate Silver is giving trump about a 14% chance right now LOL.
