is some jurisdictions are using touch screen machines for in person absentee voting. Statutes specifically spell out the only way absentees are to be done yet some large jurisdictions totally ignore the law out of simple convenience. They dont want to have to feed ballots into the scanners because it is time consuming. This, all under the so called watch of Jason Kander, SoS of MO. Just FYI.
