Zerohedge author had twisted the story and deliberately omitted the information that you had gleaned from a completely different source than he was using... and then claiming that this was evidence that Zerohedge was a rag and unworthy of reading.

The mischaracterization was yours not the author's.

Whether or not there is voter fraud is a different, though related issue than voter disenfranchisement. If you wanted to assert that the two offset each other, go ahead and make that case.

Claiming that his article on voter fraud is itself twisted and unreliable, however, because he didn't include information on a different topic from a different news source is inaccurate at best.
