who wasn't qualified for the job and failed miserably. The only way you look at 15-17 wins as a success in year 3 is if you take into account how absolutely terrible he was at his job during the first 2 years and how far the bar was lowered. 15-17 wins is terrible for Mizzou and is in the bottom 10% of seasons over the last 30+ years. Sure there is a small chance that 15-17 wins could turn into a tourney team in year 4. But there is probably a larger chance that he ends up like Tony Barbee after 4 years when we could be like Mississippi State when they fired Rick Ray after 3 years and got a huge upgrade.
