conducted in the US is in registration and absentee voting. Libs know this and that's why they are always against photo ID and proof of citizenship requirements. If registrations are fake then someone can show up on election day, with a fake utility bill, and vote under that name. This process can be repeated all over the county, state and country in states that do not have a photo ID requirement. Absentee ballots can be done the same way and of course ID can never be verified.
