Trump. Whenever speaking he constantly puts his thumb over his middle finger in a half fist, points his index finger to the sky and jabs it up and down for 10 minutes non-stop. At this point its all I watch.
Its almost as bad as watching the hildebeast bobble her empty head up and down vigorously at someone's comment.
