Step one: It didn't happen.

Step two: It might have happened, not sure.

Step three: I don't recall.

Step four: It may have happened but just once.

Step five: It happened but i had nothing to do with it.

Step six: It happened without my knowledge or approval.

Step seven: It happened, so what. It doesn't matter and doesn't make any difference.

This is a looooong process. By the time we get to step four or so, people have gotten tired of it and part of the liberal strategy is, "This is old news. There is nothing to see here. It's a witch hunt."

So meat is now saying, "How many votes will be influenced by election fraud?"

That is of course an idiotic statement because fraud does not INFLUENCE votes, it STEALS them. Nonetheless, the meat-iger now yawns and says "so what" to election fraud.
