to give them a heads up on what is going to be published... giving them an opportunity to discuss alternative ways of publishing it to improve the spin or the timing, and to allow her campaign to take advantage of the insider information to adjust what they will say or do to maximize the effect and to take advantage of the knowledge the Trump campaign does not have.

Knowledge is power and the globalist are using it to full advantage to get their puppet in power. They own the media and they are sharing their knowledge/power to get Hillary elected.

That makes Hillary all the more beholden to them and all that much easier to manipulate once she is in power.
