I think I presented your logical fallacy correctly.

Saying "Those who can't handle basic stuff in the workplace should teach kindergarten" does not mean "all those who teach kindergarten are unable to handle basic stuff in the work place"

anymore than saying

"All players in the NFL are male, so all males are in the NFL."
