Monmouth plays at South Carolina, Syracuse, Memphis, and North Carolina this non-con. That is after non-conference victories against UCLA, Georgetown, Notre Dame, and USC last season en route to a 28 win season. Monmouth returns everyone of significance from last year’s team.
Monmouth head coach King Rice shortly after his team's season ended with a final total of 28 wins:

"I'm hard on myself," said Rice, whose demeanor visibly went from upset to anger as his answer wore on. "I want to win, and we didn't win, so I wasn't good enough. We're gonna win, just understand that. We're gonna win. I didn't do a good enough job or we would've won. All you people think it's something else, but I didn't do a good enough job. I'm gonna watch tape, I'm gonna get better, I'm gonna be more mature, all these things, and we're gonna win."
You can't get more opposite of Kim Anderson than that. The 47 year old may be the hottest name available at the end of the season if they can have good showings in those 4 non-con games and then take care of business in their conference.
