Rather than making a joke about it, couldn't we discuss how to remedy young men and women who grow up without a set of parents (due to divorce, neglect, etc. Doc's wife need not apply). Finding ways to limit these situations will help our nation, as a whole, thrive. We should start by making BC and other forms of contraceptive more easily available to youths. Access to abortions will also go a long way. But what do I know? I'm just a murderous Sum*****!

Again, he isn't giving any solutions, just pointing problems.
