And this BLM civil unrest is absolutely Obama's fault for not speaking clearly and decisively during all the preceding events leading up to Ferguson riots.

But on the other hand, Obama kept us out of Syria for the most part and otherwise moderated the neocon foreign policy agenda. It's probably a wash, but I'd put Obama as the worst, W as the 2nd worst.
