WHY did she set up the outside server, and WHO encouraged her to do so?
While it may be as simple as her wanting to maintain control of her email communications in order to prevent their disclosure, she may have also been bribed to make these government communications more vulnerable to hacking. Was this a Sydney Blumenthal idea?
