Elections are handled by the individual states, and almost all vote counting is delegated down to the precinct level. The establishment's reach doesn't go that far. There's a reason why democrats have engaged in voting fraud since the 1950s...it works!

While there is by definition a conspiracy to stop this threat to the establishment, don't make the logical fallacy of assuming that this conspiracy is in total control of everything.
