Best work, imho, is Blood on the Tracks and his over all ouevre blows nearest competitor - and there really are not any - out of the water. To counter your post - who HAS been relevant since '65 or '67?

Quality of Bob's work stands. The only artist close to his eloquence may be Robert Hunter. And the fact that Dylan is still playing somewhere in the world TONIGHT is remarkable.
