Despite explicit warnings by the CIA that the intel was false and wrong, Mr Bush told the American people during his SOTU address that Saddam Hussein was seeking Uranium in Africa. An out and out lie. No Invasion, no ISIS. Mr Obama - who had run on the promise to get us troops out of Iraq followed George Walker Bush's exact plan on removing forces. No inasion, No ISIS.
