Clinton will raise taxes at the top.

W gave incentives and authorized tax loopholes for oil/gas companies.

Clinton wants to make incentives for clean energy initiatives.

W sent ground troops to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Clinton has said she will not send in ground troops.

The similarities begin and end at their propensity to intervene in foreign countries.
