Been to most of those places. You really need a month to really see all those places.

Mont St. Michele is kind of a tourist trap
Normandy will choke you up and worth the trip.
Go to Monet's garden at Giverny on you're way to Normandy.

Paris, you can easily spend a week there and have a great time.

The Louve alone will take a full day

Trying to go up the Eiffel Tower will take up a full day. Instead, bring a bottle of wine, cheese and bread and laptop/tablet to the courtyard below. Free Wifi

For great view, go to Arch de Triumph. Won't take near as long to get up there.

Sacre-Coeur has a great view too. Great artist camp behind the church.

Notre Dame, worth it. We even went to Sunday Mass there.

Night time cruise on the Sienne. You're wife will love it.

Also if you have time, find Rue Cler. It's a market area. Will give you the full Parisian experience.
