governments... do you think the anarchists will prevail against them?

Will they see that a bunch of them didn't vote and turn over a new leaf and repent?

If they too are atheists, and their "meaning to life" is to prevail over the rest of humanity why would they 'repent', though, when they are on the verge of achieving their goal?

Or will the anarchists be able to defend themselves and overthrow the evil world powers that be?

Any idea how that is likely to happen?
