In ANY work environment having a sexual relationship with a subordinate, even if consensual, is a violation of an employee code of conduct. The room for abuses by either party is huge and opens a big issue of liability should an employee claim they got a favorable/unfavorable review based on the sexual relationship. Or opens the supervisor to all kinds of claims of harassment.


But you are just a jackass and don't understand how things work in the real world.
