Trump wasn't threatening to send the Gestapo to have her arrested.
He said he would appoint a special prosecutor (to look into her crimes).
Of course, his belief was the same as that of the public at large... and of experts such as judges, is that anyone else who had committed those crimes would be in prison.
Hillary was protected by Obama, his Attorney General and his FBI director.
