Paul Ryan, John McCain, Mitt Romney and the Bush family have been waiting for the opportunity to sabotage Trump's campaign. Their immediate jumping on the bandwagon to condemn Trump was an orchestrated attempt to assassinate his candidacy. They NEVER had any intention of supporting him, and its not because of their personal opinions of him. They are fundamentally on different teams, representing different interests.
Hillary Clintons positions on foreign policy (WW3), immigration (Open Borders), and trade (NAFTA and TPP) are exactly the same as the GOP establishment, because both sides are representing the interests of the same internationalist clique.
