sandwich and the officer who shot him should still be charged.

Never mind the officer was a vet of either Iraq or Afghanistan (can't recall which) and this shooting, and the aftermath of protests, riots and looting, triggered PTSD which caused him to turn to drugs and alcohol.

The one factor is obvious. If they want a memorial service, go do it at a church or cemetery and not in the middle of the ghetto.
