I doubt if it can even be shrunk at this point.
It can only spend it's way to a default. I thought we might have 10 - 15 years left.
with Hillary, I doubt we make it one term.
Personally, I'd love to phase it out slowly, kill it.
Too many people are getting too much, to every vote it out.
