Frankly, in this case i don't blame them. They were sitting on a nugget of information that can destroy trump. It is true this time, not fabricated. Maybe exaggerated, but not fabricated.
Of course they will use it and they will use it at the most opportune time. I do not blame the campaign for this at all.
I do blame the media for being willingly manipulated and ordered about by the campaign. Getting instructions from them and following them without question.
But that's another story.
