Race, politics, idealogy, etc. why not blow it up. Most people would see no real impact. We would still trade but the hateful discourse would stop. Pick what you want your company located, where you want to live, etc. our country is much more diverse than it has ever been and we don't have the common thread that we used to have holding us together. Nor is it needed
