Palm tree's are normally the only tree found by the beach.
Why? Because they have adapted for high wind conditions.
They are a good sign that the area around them, is prone to high wind conditions.
Pretty sure they didn't just show up around the year 1900. In fact, they were here before first humans, idiot dems.
